Well, where to start! Finding enough superlatives to express our thoughts on Clever Car Collection is not easy! What a wonderful experience! I am in Scotland, my son in London, he finds a car on the Clever Car Collection website. What to do as distance is a factor to inspect the car before purchase. James and Joe took care of everything, got the car to London, my son inspected the car and it was everything they said it would be. We only paid the deposit and if the car was not what was described and as shown on the video, on the web site, the deposit would be re-funded. I had to pinch myself when Joe said “this is how we do business..”. The car was great and as described and the deal was done. My son loves his car and this moment, his first car, would not have been the wonderful experience that it was without the genuine, trustworthy process that Clever Car Collection have given us. We cannot recommend them highly enough, and albeit I am in Scotland, we will be giving Clever Car Collection a call when we purchase our next car. Fantastic service and a great price! I was unable to view the car so we did a video call instead. The most honest salesmen I've ever dealt with. No covering things up, completely honest and trustworthy. I had the car delivered to me in Somerset (the next day) and I could be happier! I would definitely recommend. Thankyou so much James and Joe for making our purchase of the best car we've ever owned...a 2018 plate Suzuki Vitara..such a great experience from first visiting your showroom and driving the said vehicle away!....???????? No high pressure sales tactics or hard sell employed. Just sensible explanations from Joe about the vehicle and previous one local lady owner backed up with a full service history etc...???? The Vitara drives beautifully like a new car and priced very reasonably/ as was the part exchange given for my vehicle! The gifts of a bottle of red and bouquet of flowers for my wife were an unexpected extra! As were the box of tea and biscuits that arrived a week later!!..???????? To sum up the overall experience I would give these two gentlemen 11 out of 10 for customer care, and would thoroughly recommend anyone buy a vehicle from them???????? Communication was excellent from the start, and we felt comfortable that the vehicles sold by Clever Car Collection were screened for quality before they were sold. Everything was as promised. They also gave us a fair trade-in price for our vehicle, and even delivered our car to us. This was the easiest transaction we've ever had with a dealer. From a Warranty perspective that Clever Car Collections include as standard, for a period of 3 months after the sale of your vehicle, they were extremely accommodating to the required amount that was required. Upon receiving the invoice from the garage, they deposited the payment within a couple of days. The service received from Clever Car Collections for the purchase of my vehicle has been great from the beginning and can’t recommend them enough

Just all round brilliant! We were drawn to Clever Car collection by the first class previous reviews, alongwith the accurate description of the car via a You Tube video. It was evident from the outset that James is very knowledgeable and passionate about his business. We were delighted the car was professionally prepared for sale, having had a service and MOT. It also had a fair bit of work carried out, new clutch, brake pads. Lots of documents giving the history of the vehicle were also provided. The car was excellent value for its' age and mileage. We had no hesitation to buy once we had been on a test drive, and once paperwork and insurance were in place we drove away! We've owned the car 12 days now, and we are still thrilled with our buy.
