MOT

Every car sold by us will come with a fresh 12-month, regardless of when the last one was done. 

MOTs can be open to interpretation so we insist that every car is tested by our trusted independent workshop to give both us and you full peace of mind. 

Pre Delivery Inspection & Service

Before heading to the MOT test centre every car we purchase is fully inspected by our independent mechanic. From the tyres and brakes to the USB charger and window controls, every aspect of the vehicle is checked over and signed off to be fully working. If any niggles are located or any items are likely to cause an MOT advisory these are rectified before the vehicle goes for its test. 

Manufacturer Recalls

From time to time vehicle manufacturers recall certain cars for safety reasons. Every car that we purchase gets checked to see if there are any outstanding recalls. If so, we send the vehicle back to the manufacturer to have any work completed before handing it over to its new owner. 

Warranty

Every vehicle leaves our showroom with our standard 3 month, 3000 mile warranty. Even though we do everything possible to ensure a trouble free experience on all of our cars, we understand that occasionally used cars can go wrong. We want to ensure you drive away knowing you are covered for any warranty issues that may arise. Should you want further peace of mind we can also upgrade you to a full 12-month, unlimited mileage warranty with our award winning partners Warrantywise (fees apply). 

Quality Parts

Through both our preparation and in the event of any warranty work, you can rest assured that we only fit quality parts to all our vehicles – sourced and fitted by our independent mechanic and workshop.

Daily Price Check

98% of our cars are advertised in line with Auto Trader’s ‘Good or Fair’ price indicators, giving you the peace of mind that you are getting the best value for money. We check our prices daily to ensure that our cars are priced correctly to market. 

Autoglym Lifeshine Administration

If you choose to have your paintwork protected by our market leading Autoglym Lifeshine product, we will also administer the lifetime warranty that covers the product. Should you have a stain or mark on either the exterior or interior of your car after the application that you cannot remove with the included ‘aftercare product pack’, we will work with Autoglym to get this sorted for you (fees apply for initial application).

Platinum Valet

Our internal valet team methodically and meticulously prepares each car we purchase to the cleanest condition possible using the full range of Autoglym products. Ensuring not only a great presentation to you but also ensuring the longevity of its finish in the future. 

Full Experian Report

Every vehicle sold by us will come with a full Experian Autocheck report for you to keep. This check gives you complete peace of mind that your new car has never been stolen, written off, or flagged as high risk – as well as giving you a detailed history of the car.

£150 of Friends & Family Referral Vouchers

Handover Gold Valet

Your new car has already benefited from a full Autoglym Platinum Valet for display on our forecourt. Before handover your car will be sent back to our valet team to carry out a Gold valet, ready for collection.
