The Clever Car Collection is a small, bespoke business that curates the cars it sells carefully. Because we often sell our stock quickly, we might not always have the car for you but we can still help! 

If you’d like a specific car found for you we offer a bespoke car finding service for customers. We work on your behalf to find you the right car and prepare it to our high standards.

We have provided this service to a number of friends, family and customers, all of whom have benefitted from our expertise and a low hassle, stress free car buying experience.

It works like this:

Tell us what you want: We’ll have an initial chat about what you are looking for and take some details. You can be as specific as you like and we’ll then set about finding you the right vehicle.

Car selection: We hunt in a variety of trade-only locations to find the vehicle that suits you. Often these are in trade only sales to car dealers where consumers are selling their vehicles. We will send you details of suitable cars, the price it would cost and attempt to win the vehicle.

Secondary checks: Once the car has been secured in an auction we collect the car and check it over thoroughly for any additional damage, interrogate its service history and find out more about the car. If at this point we find anything we are not happy with we walk away and try to find you another car. It’s our job to protect you at all times. =

Car bought: If we’re happy with the car we will secure it and you will pay a reservation fee. We then get it back to an independent workshop for a mechanical inspection. They will service it if needed, give it a new MOT (if needed) and carry out a multi-point safety inspection. 

Car collection: When the car is ready for handover you can collect it from our dealership or we can deliver it to you. You will not be expected to pay the full balance until you have test driven the car and are happy.
