James and Joe took care of everything, got the car to London, my son inspected the car and it was everything they said it would be. We only paid the deposit and if the car was not what was described and as shown on the video, on the web site, the deposit would be re-funded. I had to pinch myself when Joe said “this is how we do business..”. The car was great and as described and the deal was done. No high pressure sales tactics or hard sell employed. Just sensible explanations from Joe about the vehicle and previous one local lady owner backed up with a full service history etc...???? The Vitara drives beautifully like a new car and priced very reasonably/ as was the part exchange given for my vehicle! The gifts of a bottle of red and bouquet of flowers for my wife were an unexpected extra! As were the box of tea and biscuits that arrived a week later!!..???????? To sum up the overall experience I would give these two gentlemen 11 out of 10 for customer care, and would thoroughly recommend anyone buy a vehicle from them???????? They also gave us a fair trade-in price for our vehicle, and even delivered our car to us. This was the easiest transaction we've ever had with a dealer.     A really genuine and refreshing car buying experience

    Just all round brilliant! We were drawn to Clever Car collection by the first class previous reviews, alongwith the accurate description of the car via a You Tube video. It was evident from the outset that James is very knowledgeable and passionate about his business. We were delighted the car was professionally prepared for sale, having had a service and MOT. It also had a fair bit of work carried out, new clutch, brake pads. Lots of documents giving the history of the vehicle were also provided. The car was excellent value for its' age and mileage. We had no hesitation to buy once we had been on a test drive, and once paperwork and insurance were in place we drove away! We've owned the car 12 days now, and we are still thrilled with our buy.
