I had a great experience buying my new car from Clever Car Collection. The team made the whole process so easy and painless from start to finish. They were helpful, explained everything and didn’t pressure for a sale, striking the perfect balance between friendly and professional. As someone who doesn’t know a great deal about cars, it was refreshing not to be spoken down to and to have all my questions answered patiently and throughly. The in-depth online listing and video were also extremely helpful when deciding to see the car and the car was exactly as described when I saw it in person. They had carried out a new MOT and replaced tyres and brake pads prior to listing it. After seeing the car and taking it for a test drive, I took advantage of their delivery service, which made it even easier for me. They were able to deliver within a couple of days, making it just 5 days from test drive to taking ownership. They arrived promptly, made sure I was comfortable with the car and sorted out the last few bits of paperwork efficiently. I part exchanged so they collected my old vehicle at the same time. They even brought flowers and wine as a thank you - when I should really have been thanking them! I am very happy with both the service and the car itself. I would highly recommend. – Laura

Fantastic experience with Clever Car Collection. James was a genuinely nice bloke and incredibly helpful when it came to getting my son his first car. The whole process was completely hassle-free, and the video walkaround on their website was very informative and gave us great confidence before viewing in person. The car was exactly as advertised, and the addition of a fresh service and a new MOT was very welcomed. Highly recommend!

Well, where to start! Finding enough superlatives to express our thoughts on Clever Car Collection is not easy! What a wonderful experience! I am in Scotland, my son in London, he finds a car on the Clever Car Collection website. What to do as distance is a factor to inspect the car before purchase. James and Joe took care of everything, got the car to London, my son inspected the car and it was everything they said it would be. We only paid the deposit and if the car was not what was described and as shown on the video, on the web site, the deposit would be re-funded. I had to pinch myself when Joe said “this is how we do business..”. The car was great and as described and the deal was done. My son loves his car and this moment, his first car, would not have been the wonderful experience that it was without the genuine, trustworthy process that Clever Car Collection have given us. We cannot recommend them highly enough, and albeit I am in Scotland, we will be giving Clever Car Collection a call when we purchase our next car. No covering things up, completely honest and trustworthy. I had the car delivered to me in Somerset (the next day) and I could be happier! I would definitely recommend.
