We only paid the deposit and if the car was not what was described and as shown on the video, on the web site, the deposit would be re-funded.     Thankyou so much James and Joe for making our purchase of the best car we've ever owned...a 2018 plate Suzuki Vitara..such a great experience from first visiting your showroom and driving the said vehicle away!....???????? No high pressure sales tactics or hard sell employed. Just sensible explanations from Joe about the vehicle and previous one local lady owner backed up with a full service history etc...???? The Vitara drives beautifully like a new car and priced very reasonably/ as was the part exchange given for my vehicle! The gifts of a bottle of red and bouquet of flowers for my wife were an unexpected extra! As were the box of tea and biscuits that arrived a week later!!..???????? To sum up the overall experience I would give these two gentlemen 11 out of 10 for customer care, and would thoroughly recommend anyone buy a vehicle from them????????
