Painless and professional, I highly recommend

I had a great experience buying my new car from Clever Car Collection. The team made the whole process so easy and painless from start to finish. They were helpful, explained everything and didn’t pressure for a sale, striking the perfect balance between friendly and professional. As someone who doesn’t know a great deal about cars, it was refreshing not to be spoken down to and to have all my questions answered patiently and throughly. The in-depth online listing and video were also extremely helpful when deciding to see the car and the car was exactly as described when I saw it in person. They had carried out a new MOT and replaced tyres and brake pads prior to listing it. After seeing the car and taking it for a test drive, I took advantage of their delivery service, which made it even easier for me. They were able to deliver within a couple of days, making it just 5 days from test drive to taking ownership. They arrived promptly, made sure I was comfortable with the car and sorted out the last few bits of paperwork efficiently. I part exchanged so they collected my old vehicle at the same time.
