Used car dealer Clever Car Collection wins award for its customer service for second year running

Gosport-based used car dealer Clever Car Collection has won a highly prestigious award for its customer service for the second year running.

The UK’s largest advertising marketplace Auto Trader has handed the business, located at Basepoint, Aerodrome Road, a Highly Rated Award for 2025.

These awards are handed out to the very best dealers across the country who maintain consistent high levels of customer service throughout the year.

It is the second year running that the Gosport used car dealer has won the award after it also won the title in 2024. 

The Clever Car Collection started trading in November 2023 and has built a loyal customer base in the Gosport, Portsmouth and Southampton areas.

The used car dealership has 100% five star reviews on the Auto Trader website and Google and prides itself on looking after used car buyers.

To win the Auto Trader award, car dealers must maintain a ‘customer-first approach’, have high quality reviews with an average rating above four stars and proactively handle any complaints.

The Highly Rated 2025 badge will now appear on all of the Clever Car Collection’s Auto Trader adverts and is displayed prominently in its showroom in Gosport.

The Clever Car Collection has won four awards since it started in 2023 including Auto Trader Innovation of the Year 2024 for its use of AI throughout its dealership, Most Innovative Dealer in the Dealer Chat Awards 2025, and Auto Trader Highly Rated 2024 and 2025.
